✅ How will we do if your package is damaged or lost ?
We take responsibility for any damage or Lost items, but Your help of following steps are necessary:
1) When you received the package, Please check and compare with your order or the Packing List, If you found any items missing, Please tell tellthe delivery man, Let us know within 24 Hours ;
2) If the package is damaged, please take photos and tell the deliveryman, Then check whether any items are damaged too. Then inform us as soon as possible withn 24 Hours.
✅ How is our warranty policy ?
Basicially warranty time is 3 month to 6 month based on different products ( refer to brand's warranty policy ). When you have any defective items, please keep the packing, take photos of the Serial number and take a video to show the problem, send to us, we will send brand new replacement with your new order.
